Chernor is a Partner of our firm and head of our Immigration and Employment Department. He qualified as a solicitor in 2014, and he is a dedicated solicitor who is focused upon protecting his client's interests.
Chernor has extensive experience in complex litigation , Family and employment law matters. Chernor has successful experience in many areas of litigation including TOLATA matters, harassment, professional negligence, landlord and tenant disputes, commercial and civil dispute matters. Chernor has also successfully represented many clients at all stages of employment law matters, including dismissal and discrimination matters. Chernor’s family law practice includes acting for clients in matters relating to divorce, ancillary relief/financial matters and child contact proceedings.
Having previously worked at John Itsagwede and Co. Solicitors (now JI Solicitors Ltd) as a caseworker from 2000 to 2006, Ayodele Sodimu has also worked at Peter Otto and Co Solicitors from its inception in 2007 until October 2018.
Ayo graduated from University of Westminster where he read law. He then went on to complete a postgraduate diploma at the University of North London (now London Metropolitan University) in European Union law.
His areas of practice are mainly in civil litigation, family, housing and immigration law.
Ayo is passionate about photography and farming, spending his free time pursuing his hobbies across the UK.
